IAPH Essay Contest 2009
  The IAPH Essay Contest 2009 is calling for IAPH members to submit a unique and stimulating ideas about how to improve your port and the world port community. The deadline for entry, February 27 2009, is quickly approaching.
Prizes include US$1,000 in prize money and a free trip to Genoa, Italy, for the 26th IAPH World Ports Conference, May 25-29 2009.
This year, the IAPH Essay Contest comprises two prizes:
  • "Akiyama Prize" only open for IAPH Regular members of developing countries
  • Genoa Open Prize" for all IAPH members, Regular and Associate, developing and developed countries
